Viral Real Estate Marketing For Serious Players Only

The future of real estate marketing and online lead traffic generation has changed forever.  From Google\'s recent Panda algorithm update to the rise in social media promotion tactics, quality and original content matters more than ever before.

Gone are the days of push button software or article spinning solutions that crank out multiple pieces of cookie cutter content in a matter of minutes.  In fact, those who rely on such practices are putting themselves more and more at risk of losing their online authority and credibility in the days to come. realestatemarketingnewsflash

In fact, this 'news flash' shouldn\'t come as a surprise to you at all, because it\'s how things were supposed to be all along.  Certain real estate marketing tactics were easier to pull off in the past than others, but the search engines are quickly starting to catch up with such methods.  And thankfully so!

I don\'t know about you, but I\'d rather put my faith and trust in a real estate professional that provides me with solid/interesting/helpful content and honestly shows that they truly care about the niche that they are marketing to.

Picture it this way.  If I\'m a buyer or seller in your local area looking for the best Realtor, I want to find a credible person to work with.  Truthfully, it\'s hard enough to make yourself stand out from your competitors online, let alone prove that you are worthy of attention with little to no in person interaction.

The internet is a big place, and within a click of a button a prospect can find another agent to work with if you don\'t grip their attention right away.  That is where quality content comes into play when posting to your real estate marketing website or any other online platforms.

You see, I know of countless agents and brokers who have allowed their schedules to get in the way of creating solid marketing material despite the long term damage it causes.  Instead they chose to simply post the same content over and over again, or maybe not even at all.

But I\'m going to let you in on a little secret.  If you take the time to invest in writing quality blog posts, shooting engaging videos, and staying in touch with your email list, you will begin to duplicate your efforts over time.  And relationships will be built.

Here\'s how this real estate marketing tactic works:

  • Step 1: Original content is created and submitted to one of your platforms.
  • Step 2: New or repeat visitors review this content.
  • Step 3: If your information happens to be informative, funny, interesting, helpful, eye-opening, etc. a percentage of visitors will submit this content on their own to social media platforms.
  • Step 4: Depending on a prospect\'s circle of influence, your content could be shared 5, 10, 100 times, and all you had to do was make it.
  • Step 5: Google recognizes all this activity and your website and/or content gets indexed as well as ranked higher within the search results!

Of course, the opposite can also hold true if you do not take the time to invest in your audience.  Therefore, I encourage you to sit down and figure out how you can integrate content creation into your real estate marketing plan at least 2-3 times per week.  If need be, higher out a service such as Bringtheblog.com.
